Mayor of Florence lays out guidelines for “Jersey Shore”
So, the upcoming fourth season of the ever-classy Jersey Shore is being filmed in Italy. It’s been reported that some Italian organizations are against the show being filmed in their country. Well, now even the Mayor of Florence Matteo Renzi has gone so far as to lay out some GROUND RULES for the show and how it is filmed in the city:
The cast will not be filmed in bars and clubs that serve alcohol.
The cast will not be filmed drinking in public.
The show will not be filmed to promote Florence as a drinking town.
The show should be filmed in a manner to promote Italy (not Americans visiting Italy) and feature its culture and good food.
