FLASHBACK: Britney’s greatest fashion moment ever

B. Spears is on the cover of next month’s Harper’s Bazaar, and she talks about her best fashion moment ever:

“I went to the Grammys in 2002, and I had really curly, curly hair. I had a red dress on. It wasn’t short and saucy; it was a long red dress. That dress was fun.”

And as for what makes her laugh uncontrollably:

“Usually when people trip or fall or run into something. Not to be mean, but I can’t help it. If they really hurt themselves, then I feel bad, but if they accidentally do it and they stand up and act cool like nobody saw them, I have to laugh.”
