Rolling Stone Magazine is practically the ruler of all things music, right? So they must have the power to name the “King of Hip Hop,” right?
Well, they’ve named him! And “him” is Eminem!
They say he’s the most successful rapper after evaluating record sales, social media hits and critical acclaim for the past two years. He had over 7.5 million record sales, 1.3 billion views on YouTube, and has over 5 million Twitter followers.

I definitely think that Eminem deserves the title. He’s made great strides in his career, overcome obstacles and is still making hits. And honestly, Kanye should be lower in my opinion, he’s a jerk who lacks the passion that has made hip hop what it really is.
