VIDEO: 900 Foot Belly Flop (AND HE LIVED!!!)

This comes from an annual base jumping event. As you can see he’s using some type of winged suit, but I can’t imagine a parachute wasn’t SUPPOSED to be involved here. Either way, something went wrong and instead of a typical base jump, the guy ended up taking a belly flop into the river 900 feet below.

By some miracle he survived with injuries to his spine, lungs, and ribs but is recovering in stable condition.
