Join Us This Weekend for Barbarian-Themed Fun Featuring Hundreds of Daily Performances, Feasting, Games, Contests, Shopping and More during the Barbarian Invasion!!!   The King & Queen invite Texans and patrons from across the country and around the world to experience the authentic sights, sounds and smells of the 16th century at the 37th Annual Texas Renaissance Festival (www.texrenfest.com), the largest and most acclaimed Renaissance festival in the nation.  Join us on November 19 & 20 for Barbarian Invasion weekend as hordes invade New Market Village with barbarians from every realm coming to pillage and plunder!  Enjoy a variety of Barbarian-themed performances, hearty feasting & libations, the Royal Joust, petting zoo, elephant & camel rides, face painting, Royal Dance School and tons of activities for kids of all ages!  Take part in daily competitions including the Barbarian Battle Cry Contests, Worst Dressed Barbarian Contests & the Turkey Leg Eating Contests.  Contests are open to kids and adults each day.

 

Barbarian Invasion (Nov. 19 & 20); The hordes invade New Market Village with barbarians from every realm coming to pillage and plunder!  Daily contests include:

Barbarian Battle Cry contest;

Worst Dressed Barbarian contest;

Turkey Leg Eating contest.

Tickets are $20 Adults & $10 Kids in advance at HEB and Woodforest National Bank. Prices increase at the gates. $50 Family 4-Packs, $70 Adult 4-Packs and $35 Weekend passes are available exclusively online at www.texrenfest.com.  The festival is a Rain or Shine event.

Camping is available each weekend for $20 per vehicle.
