Adele to Perform at Grammy’s

Here’s the news we’ve been waiting for: Adele will return to performing at the Grammys on Feb. 12.

The music industry’s biggest night is expected to be Adele’s coronation for her album “21″ and the song “Rolling in the Deep.”

The Grammys will mark the first time she has performed in five months. She canceled a U.S. tour to have surgery on her vocal cords.

She told her fans via twitter: “Ima be, Ima be at the grammy’s!”

And then released this statement: “I’m immensely proud to have been asked to perform at this year’s Grammy Awards. It’s an absolute honor to be included in such a night and for it to be my first performance in months is very exciting and of course nerve-racking, but what a way to get back into it all.”

She is nominated six times this year: Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Short Form Music Video for “Rolling In The Deep”; Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for “21″; and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Someone Like You.”

The Grammys will start at 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, on CBS. LL Cool J of “NCIS: Los Angeles” will host at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
