PICS: Is THIS Art? Or a Narcissistic Show of Excess?

..I’m leaning towards the latter.

Yeah, THIS happened. Francesca Eastwood — daughter of Clint Eastwood and current reality star — is said to be receiving death threats after she was photographed by her boyfriend Tyler Shields destroying and burning a Birkin valued at over $100,000.

I understand the demand for these bags, I watch Sex and the City. Ask Lucy Liu if this is acceptable!

So anyway, here are the pictures. Yeah, I agree the whole thing is ridic. What gets me more is not that he did this, but that he purchased a bag for $100,000. Is it gross to me that someone could literally throw away what is easily worth a house to us common folk? Sure. But maybe I don’t appreciate art.
