Tropical Storm Debby Headed For Texas?

Uh oh! There are conflicted reports on Tropical Storm Debby as of right now.  The National Hurricane Center just released a projection sending it directly to Texas this Thursday.  Winds are expected around 70 MPH upon landfall.  A lot can change between now and then.
