PIC: Justin Bieber On the Cover of Rolling Stone

This is the second time for Justin Bieber to appear on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. It hits newsstands Friday, July 20th.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone , the 18-year-old pop star says he feels like he’s grown up a lot. “I feel like I carry myself in a more manly way,” he says. “I don’t  carry myself as a boy.”
