Video: Kelly Clarkson Covers Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake”

The original American Idol winner should know a thing or two about covers!  At a recent show in Concord, California Kelly Clarkson sang her version of Katy Perry‘s “Wide Awake”.  It’s different in that Kelly’s band uses a guitar to sustain the beat.  It’s slowed down and allows Kelly to drop some power vocals.  I still like Katy’s version better but it was a good attempt!
