gangnam is on of a area(district) in city of seoul in korea which is uptown and the guy in the video or singer is “not” however wanna “hang out” with those uptown girls, therefore he keep saying “oppan gangnam style” oppa means a noun for when girl call boy (usually older)
Someone please find this with the translation because I would love to know what he is singing about!!! LOL
