Tip A Cop!

We would like to thank our citizens, visitors, and Texas Roadhouse for another successful year. This year we broke our record and raised over $16,000 for Special Olympics. We thank all who participated in supporting the Tip-A-Cop program, our Special Olympics, and for having fun with us and the Texas Roadhouse staff. We lead the state in this campaign and this year is no different. See ya next year!!!

Yall are the best!

Protect and serve takes on a whole new meaning for local law enforcement officers this Wednesday and Thursday.

Officers from the College Station, Bryan and Texas A&M police departments, as well as the Brazos County Sheriff’s Department, will participate in the Special Olympics Tip-a-Cop fundraiser from 5:30-close at Texas Roadhouse, located at 1601 University Drive East.

Officers will refill drinks and serve customers for tips, all of which will directly benefit the Special Olympics. Chiefs from each department will be door greeters and vehicles from each department will be on display in the parking lot.

Law Enforcement officers are keepers of the flame for the Special Olympics and raise money for the Special Olympics each year. Officers participate in a Torch Run every year to the Special Olympics State games and volunteer time working security at games held here in the Brazos Valley.

This year’s Tip-a-Cop is dedicated to Constable Brian Bachmann. Bachmann had been a longtime supporter of Special Olympics and Tip-a-Cop.

Please encourage your friends and family to come out to Texas Roadhouse to help make this year the best. Our goal is to raise over $10,000.

Brian Bachmann memorial shirts will also be on sale to help raise funds. All the money raised will go towards this year’s Tip-a-Cop totals. The shirts are $10 each, size S – 3XL.
