First: The plane landed safely and everyone is fine. The flight began in San Francisco.
If I was a passenger I would be freaking out. But really what can you do??
The plane was a Boeing 777 which has two engines but is designed to fly on just one engine for more than three hours over water. The flight from San Fransisco to Honolulu is just under 6 hours so… you do the math.
