Chris Brown was performing in Indianapolis for his September 25th stop of The F.A.M.E. Tour. He took a bit of a spill due to rain on the ramp and of course there’s video. Skip to the the 3:10 mark to watch the fall. To Chris’s credit, he gets right back up and keeps going.
Actress KIM DELANEY who stars on the Lifetime series “Army Wives” was asked to be part of a celebration for former Defense Secretary ROBERT GATES. But she ended up getting pulled off stage at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia when she appeared to be drunk. She had trouble reading the teleprompter and delivering her lines. It got so bad that the guy on the PA system started talking over her, and a woman came out to pull her offstage.
Justin Bieber may have achieved major player status yesterday. He pulled a stunt we only see in movies. The Biebs took lover Selena Gomez to a Demi Lovato concert in LA. Afterward they shot across the street to Staples Center which was ALL TO THEM. That’s right there was no concert or event there last night. Bieber had rented the arena out to watch Titanic with Selena. I’m not going to speculate what the two did after this…. but I gotta get rich soon!
PS. He didn’t even have to pay for this.

Pitbull (Armando Christian Pérez) is a southern rapper who knows how to party with his music. You may be familiar with him from his recent hits, “Give Me Everything” and “Rain Over Me” but his success goes further back. Armando the son of Cuban immigrants, grew up enjoying Cuban poets such as José Martí giving him inspiration for his work. In the early years Armando performed throughout hometown Miami relishing a “G-Funk” sound of the west coast. Pitbull’s first big break came in 2002 when his freestyle landed on Lil Jon’s Kings of Crunk album. With some new found mainstream glory Pitbull found his song, “Oye” on the soundtrack of 2 Fast 2 Furious. This would lead up to his first full length album in 2004 called M.I.A.M.I with an original single of, “Culo”.
(Rapper Pitbull’s “Oye” party jam debuted on the 2 Fast 2 Furious soundtrack)
The success has not stopped pouring in since! The rapper has now released six full length albums and has had numerous mainstream successes. In 2009 the hit, “I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)” peaked at number two on the Billboard Top 100, with another single from the same album, “Hotel Room Service” peaking at number 8. Most recently in Pitbull’s 2011 album Planet Pit “Give Me Everything” became his first #1 single. At age 30 rapper Pitbull seems to be peaking right at the prime age. I would expect a few more fun albums, and hip singles for us to all enjoy at the club in the near future!

Stay tuned for more of these every week! I will be highlighting some big names, some small names, and maybe some local names!
Do you need another reason to hate on Kate Gossellin? Well, here’s one: Yesterday she was on the Today Show with Matt Lauer talking about how she just doesn’t want to settle with “mediocre” for her kids by having a “regular” job. Kate said,
“Jon may be accepting of mediocre for his kids, and working a regular job . . . I want the best for my kids and the best opportunities, not unlike every parent… I think at this point, the best opportunity for all of us would be me continuing on TV as a way to provide for my kids. Something that’s exciting and challenging for me has been TV, and I wouldn’t be opposed to it.”
If you want to cut right to that part, skip to about the three minute mark.
I’m guessing that Kate realized later how insulting she sounded, because she Tweeted that she didn’t mean to diss anyone who has a “mediocre” life:
“I meant this job is not a career according to Jon, but TV is and is hard, but will provide [better] opportunities for my kids [than] nursing!”
What do you think? Was Kate insulting the rest of us with “regular” jobs, or does she just want the best for her kids? Do you think she could provide for them just as well with a non-TV job?
Jennifer Lopez is back at breaking hearts.. I mean dating again! As usual the 42 year old singer/actress picks only the biggest names. Who was she spotted with this past weekend!?
None other than Hangover superstar Bradley Cooper. The rumors say it was just the two of them, and it was at a romantic setting in New York, New York. Time to start taking bets on how long this one will last. Personally I’ve got three months.
