“Fighter” by the Gym Class Heroes and Ryan Tedder is easily one of my favorite songs on the radio right now. I love songs that are meant to inspire, and the video is no different. It details a young hopeful training for the Olympics. It’s a must watch!

‘Idol’ Going Cheap?

Through the course of American Idol the runner-ups have made big bucks as well as the winners. However a new report is showing that Idol has cut back on giving their second place finishers contracts. Previous runner-ups have received $175,000 record contracts. Jessica Sanchez who came in second this season is said to only be receiving $30,000 with no guaranteed album. Talk about a colossal drop-off! That is basically like an indie label.

Usher has been known to be a mentor of Justin Bieber through Justin’s young years. Now it appears they have a friendly competitive side. Usher invited Bieber to the production of Fuerza Bruta, which was a preview Usher‘s new album, Looking 4 Myself. Usher had a surprise for Justin, when Bieber got challenged to a dance off mid production. Check out the video filmed/produced by MTV below!
