A group was sailing with their yacht club in the Gulf of the coast of Naples when they noticed something swimming in the water that didn’t belong… It was a little puppy!
They slowed their boat enough so that the puppy could swim close enough for a passanger to snag it and bring it aboard! The poor thing was visibly exhausted but was met immediately with all of the cuddles it could ever ask for.
Once ashore the sailors received word that a family reported thier dog missing that morning after it fell overboard from a ferry. It makes my heart hurt and happy at the same time!
