Back in May President Obama made a promise to a 14-year-old girl whose dad died in the 9/11 attacks that he could arrange for her to meet Justin Bieber. Well, last week Justin made Obama good on his promise. The meeting between The Biebs and Payton Wall happened last Thursday. She even got to bring along a couple friends.
