Three Stats on How People Lie About Their Workouts

It might be the second least interesting thing you can talk about just behind your fantasy football team. Your Work Out.

A new survey found one in three people usually lie to their friends and coworkers about what they did during their workout.

1) When someone talks about how far they ran… the average person exaggerates by around 1.25 miles.

2) 20% of people lie about being sore to make it sound like they worked out harder than they did.

3) 25% have taken a gym bag to the office even though they have NO plans to actually work out after work.
