Eight-year-old Layla Murphy is a HUGE Star Wars fan! But some of the other kids at school think Star Wars is only for boys and pick on Layla for her fandom of the Sci-fi Series.
Star Wars costume group, The 501st Legion, heard Layla’s story and had the internet share their own stories about being super fans.
They also scheduled a meet-up with the biggest Star Wars nerd of them all: Weird Al!
The 501st Legion met up with Layla and Weird Al at a local concert where they gave her a full Storm Trooper costume that she could wear!
