Chip and Joanna from the very popular HGTV’s Fixer Upper helped out hurricane Harvey victim Doris Davis on Sunday. Davis who is 81, felt the brunt of Harvey after her home took in two feet of water. Paralyzed by fear according to Davis, she remained in her home for three days as the storm hit until a neighbor rescued her.
