Back in 2009, a guy in Arkansas, Schuler Benson, signed into Facebook on his phone. But it accidentally logged him into someone else’s account.
Her name was Celeste Zendler and she lived in Colorado. They’d never met so it was chalked up to just a weird glitch. It looks like Schuler’s in his mid-30’s, and Celeste is in her late 20’s.
For some reason it wouldn’t let Schuler log out for a week! They were forced to friend each other and for some reason that fixed it. Celeste says she planned to un-friend him a few days later but they ended up messaging each other.
Turns out they had a lot in common. Over the next four years they talked more and more then finally met in person in 2013… and then started DATING.
A few months later Celeste moved to Arkansas. And last year they got ENGAGED.
Their wedding was this past June and there are photos from it online!
We’re only hearing about it now because he posted their story online Saturday which is the six-year anniversary of the glitch that brought them together!
