Women marched all over the country on Saturday and not surprisingly, a lot of celebrities came out for the L.A. event. Speakers included Natalie Portman, who shared some really disturbing experiences with the crowd.
Other speakers and attendees also included Eva Longoria, Viola Davis, Rob Reiner, Marisa Tomei, Mary Steenburgen and Ted Danson, Olivia Wilde, and Scarlett Johansson.
Scarlett said, “How could a person publicly stand by an organization that helps to provide support for victims of sexual assault, while privately preying on people who have no power? I want my pin back, by the way.” Her rep later admitted that that comment was aimed at James Franco which immediately earned her some backlash due to her support of Wood Allen who she’s done three movies with.
Beautiful weather all over our great country, a perfect day for all Women to March. Get out there now to celebrate the historic milestones and unprecedented economic success and wealth creation that has taken place over the last 12 months. Lowest female unemployment in 18 years!
