This video of a cop ticketing a hot dog vendor for not having a license has been blowing up on the internet. Mostly because after ticketing the man the cop grabbed the his wallet and took all his money saying it’ll be up to the judge to decide what to do with it.
This happened outside the U.C. Berkeley football game on Saturday. The guy that shot the video has also set up a GoFundMe page to help cover the vendor’s legal expenses.
As of this morning it was over $50,000.
