Marilyn Manson is on the road to recovery after suffering an injury onstage during his performance at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on Saturday. The rock legend was singing his trademark cover of The Eurythmics‘ “Sweet Dreams” when a stage prop fell on him. Paramedics were immediately called and Manson was taken to a local hospital.
In a statement made by Manson’s rep “He was treated for the injury at a local hospital and will be recuperating at home in Los Angeles.” All further tour dates have been canceled.
