Vice put out an article claiming that Brooklyn style BBQ was taking over the world and isn’t restrained like Texas, Memphis, Kansas City BBQ is. You can bet this did not sit well with many over our sauce blooded brethren. One of the worst parts is the picture they used to represent their proud creation looks absolutely terrible.
