We’re so engrossed in our phones that some of us literally just walking into traffic now. But it looks like we can just keep doing that because the world is adapting.
A city in southern Germany called Augsburg just became the first place to embed traffic signals in the ground so people know when it’s safe to cross without looking up!
It’s just a series of lights that start blinking when it’s not safe to cross.
