Last week while touring and promoting his newest single “Sooner Or Later”, Aaron Carter and his girlfriend were arrested for DUI and marijuana possession. He’s since been released on bail but, as you can read below, his team is saying that it was a wrongful arrest.
His camp is claiming that he was not operating a vehicle when arrested for DUI inside an Auto Zone in Georgia and also has a license for medical marijuana for anxiety.
Aaron isn’t happy but is continuing his tour tomorrow (7/18) in Alabama.
