Florida definitely leads the country in stupid crimes.
24-year-old Joshua James went to a Wendy’s drive-thru in Loxahatchee, Florida at around 1:20 A.M. back on October 11th and for some reason the story only came out now.
When the woman inside opened up the window to give him his drink Joshua threw a LIVE 3 foot ALLIGATOR inside! Apparently he’d found it on the side of the road on his way to Wendy’s and picked it up.
His parents eventually told the cops it was a prank because he was friends with one of the employees but the cops didn’t care if it was a prank or not. He was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and he was arrested earlier this week.
No one was hurt by the gator in the Wendy’s, and some wildlife officials wound up releasing it into a canal.
