Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas coast hard over the weekend!

Fox News reporter Casey Stegall was in Galveston last Friday standing in the rain and warning everyone to evacuate ahead of Hurricane Harvey and then a woman came out of nowhere and handed him a six-pack of beer.
