After the 14-foot shark was stranded on the shore the beachgoers on Whitecrest Beach poured water on the creature and dug a trench to free it.

The shark was eventually pulled back out to sea but sadly, it did not swim off.

Shark expert Greg Skomal reported that saving the shark would have been a tough proposition.
I mean… It’s literally a fish out of water…
