There are no refunds. It is extremely unfortunate that Dusty Hill is injured and will not be able to perform and we wish him a speedy recovery. We have a “NO REFUND POLICY”. On Terms of Service when tickets are bought:

• You must have a valid ID matching the name on the order with you for identification. It would also be helpful to have with you a copy of your order confirmation and the confirmation number.
• In the event that a performance is either cancelled or postponed, OneLive Media will make every effort to contact every patron via e-mail, time permitting.
• While One Live Media – regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, One Live Media cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such postponement or cancellation may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events purchased is the sole responsibility of the events’ organizers and venue operators, One Live Media cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.
• All patrons purchasing from One Live Media must do so in the light of the above limitations.
• We reserve the right to block access to or cancel a ticket order of any user that we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion: (i) is or is associated with any ticket broker or scalper, (ii) is utilizing automated means to process or place ticket orders, or (iii) whose ticket order exceeds the stated limit. Change in Chilifest 2016 Entertainment Line-Up for Saturday, April 16th
Chilifest 2016 Saturday’s Headliner ZZ Top bassist Dusty Hill fell right before the band’s show Thursday night performance in Lubbock, Texas and dislocated his shoulder … forcing them to cancel the concert.
The manager says an ambulance on site took the 66-year-old rocker to the hospital for treatment. ZZ Top momentarily considered going on with the bassist from their opening act, Tim Montana and The Shrednecks — but decided fans would be disappointed if they went on with half-beard power.
Chilifest Inc. wishes Dusty Hill a speedy recovery and completely understands their reason for canceling the 25th Anniversary of Chilifest 2016. The show must go on and we always have a Plan B to back up situations like this. Although Plan B has never been implemented, an event of this caliber always needs a back up plan. So gracing the stage on Saturday in ZZ Top’s place will be announced later this afternoon and it will end the outstanding entertainment line-up of 10 previous performers that took place Friday and into this Saturday.
We aim to please so expect greatness because at the end of this Texas tradition we call Chilifest 2016, the proceeds go to many great causes to better the life of the Brazos Valley and surrounding areas.
