Donald Glover Wrote a ‘Deadpool’ Animated Series but was Dropped Because He was “Too Busy”

Donald Glover AKA Childish Gambino was set, ready, and had actually wrote a Deadpool animated series but eventually passed on with Marvel TV/FX citing “creative differences”.

There’s some rumors that Glover was too busy to take on yet another project. He’s the creator of the hit FX show Atlanta, he’s working on a tour as Childish Gambino, promoting his feature in the upcoming Han Solo movie, and preparing for his role as Simba in the live action Lion King movie.

However Donald put that to bed quickly with a series of tweets featuring one of the Deadpool script drafts he wrote. And it’s really funny!
