Ed Sheeran is a BALLER

Ed Sheeran has spent £4million on new properties in a bid to stop his neighbors moaning about the noise.

He has bought two houses next door to his £19.8million mansion in London.

The singer, 28, has also acquired a flat above his Notting Hill bar.

It comes after locals in Suffolk moaned about parties and noise at Ed’s sprawling estate.

“Ed has not only made a wise investment but is limiting the chance of people grumbling about loud music or parties. He also decided to buy the flat above his restaurant because that could have been a massive sticking point for the business going forward.”

Ed’s portfolio of 22 properties has cost him almost £47million.

At his large Suffolk estate he faced opposition over signs for a pub he had built on the site.

Ed’s neighbors also claim he is breaching planning rules by using a man-made wildlife pond as a swimming pool.

Aerial snaps showed hay bales placed strategically to shield the pond from public view.
