Elton John made a surprise announcement today that the musical legend will be going on a three year long farewell tour. The Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour will be John’s final time traveling in a statement he made at a press conference in New York.
Despite rumors John also confirmed that he is not retiring from music altogether, but is focusing on other important priorities in his life. The tour will kick off in Allentown, Pennsylvania on September 8th, and “will include some of the best production I’ve ever done ” said John.
