Kids are GREAT! A group of First Graders in Jacksonville wrote a book of advice for the Jaguars on how to beat the Patriots. On the cover, it said: “Dear Jags, Want to beat the Patriots? Here’s how …….. Advice from your #1 fans in Bolles First Grade.”
I got to thinking about how kids do give great simple advice. We complicate things way too much. So I scoured the internet for great advice from the wise little ones.
On Fitness: “Run around the backyard like the dog does. He seems like he’s in pretty good shape.”
—Gavriella, age 7
—Gemma, age 7
On Relationships:
“First you try to underestimate her and say that you don’t like her and stuff, and then the next year you just ask, ‘Will you marry me?’”
—Logan, age 7
“Don’t put a glue stick in her hair. It sounds funny, but she never thinks so.”
—Charlie, age 5
