New Exhibit Will Let You Relive Your Favorite “Friends” Moments

Your favorite “Friends” are coming back to New York City. Or, rather, their stuff is coming back, in a new pop-up store planned for the city’s SoHo neighborhood.

Superfly and Warner Bros. Television are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the sitcom, which premiered on Sept. 22, 1994. The studios plan to re-create sets and costumes for an “immersive” museum-like “Friends Pop-Up Experience.”

According to an announcement made by the studios fans can “stick a turkey on your head, peek through Rachel and Monica’s purple door, relax on Chandler and Joey’s recliner after playing some foosball, or help Ross with the infamous sofa pivot.”

Fans will also have the opportunity to head to a re-created Central Perk for a photo of yourself on that orange couch.

The “Friends” pop-up will be open Sept. 7 to Oct. 6  from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m and that cover charge will be $29.50.
