In early February several white A&M students were seen harassing a group of prospective students and their counselors from high school near Dallas.
Since then there has been an investigation in which students were interviewed about the incident that has resulted in one of the students being dismissed from the University.
As of now it looks like the case has been concluded but will be revisited if new information and further action needs to be taken.
