This list isn’t based on the QUALITY of the pizza just quantity.
The rankings are exclusively on the total number of pizza places per capita not how good or unique or artisanal the pizza is. But still, this is America and we really value quantity

The 10 WORST states for people who love pizza are:
1) Hawaii

Those states are weirdly clustered along the bottom of the country. So if you did a road trip straight from Georgia to California, supposedly you’d only pass through states with mediocre pizza.
